Children's Fitness Tax Credit Receipt Form
The Government of Canada has implemented a new non-refundable tax credit on amounts of up to $500 paid by parents to register a child in a program of physical activity. More information is available at www.cra-arc.gc.ca/fitness/. Receipts are available here and in the Carlson's studio dressing rooms to facilitate your accessing this tax credit. Fill in the top half of the receipt, return it to the studio and we will mail the receipt to you in February. You will need to fill out a sheet for the period January - June 2007 and one for September - December. Since this is a fairly cumbersome process we are requesting that you return the completed receipts by December 31, 2007. We will not be treating individual receipts received after that deadline.

3 Year Old Parent/Tot Class
A new session will start on Tuesday, April 1. The time for the 10 sessions will be 1:15-1:45 or 2:00-2:30 and they will be in our Sherman Road Studio B. Registration will be at 1:00 p.m. before the class starts.... ... more
